Would you be interested in writing about a charity I am involved in called ‘Dress a girl around the world’? I am co-ordinating sewing bloggers to make pillowcase dresses for girls living in poverty in developing countries. So far we have collected over 300 in the UK and 150 have been taken to Malawi and Kenya. If you look at the last 2 posts on my blog you can see photos of the girls wearing the dresses and also a short video. http://sewscrumptious.blogspot.com/ Let me know if you are interested and I can write a short piece for you. Thanks Louise x

Hi there, I would be over the moon if you’d consider writing about The Blurt Foundation. Whilst we’re not a charity, we are a not-for-profit, volunteer led organisation. We offer a mentoring scheme on our website http://www.blurtitout.org and I’m currently shortlisted for a TalkTalk Digital Hero award for the work I’ve done. Future plans are to roll out an education programme to promote understanding to teenagers and get them talking about depression which we hope will in time, tackle the stigma. We’re on Twitter @blurtalerts.
If you’d like more info, please email me.
Thank you for your time.
Good morning! I am working with a lovely charity called brainstrust (http://www.brainstrust.org.uk) which was set up when the founder’s daughter was diagnosed with a brain tumour. It’s a young, and fun charity and they are determined not to be sober and depressing about brain tumours. They have recently launched a fantastic resource, called the Brain Tumour Hub, which details all ongoing clinical trials in the UK.
