F is for… Fantasy Husband/Wife
The lovely Liz Jarvis from @LivingWithKids recently asked who our fantasy husband would be.
Liz went for:
1. John Cusack
2. Jason Bateman
3. Colin Farrell
I felt 3 to be an insufficiency of fantasy husbands and suggested that one a day may be preferable and elected:
Monday – Matt Damon
Tuesday – Noah Wyle
Wednesday – Ed Norton
Thursday – please can I borrow Colin Farrell?
Friday – Gary Sinise – as Mac Taylor
Saturday – Dhruv Baker (he’s also cooking tea)
Sunday – Simon Baker – as Patrick Jane
Sadly Liz said that she couldn’t share Colin Farrell (meanie).
Which led me to thinking that this was a little unfair on the boys. So, boys who are your fantasy wives?
Ooh Blimey. Talk about puttin a girl on the spot!
Need to think about this. Will ruminate and come back later to share … maybe …. !
I have to say, after re-watching Sin City last week, that my fantasy wife would undoubtedly be Jessica Alba!
Sadly though I understand she is taken by a man named Cash no less! Sigh
Oh hai fellow Snake fan!! ~~
(Do you think love can bloom on the battle field? why yes Snake! Yes I do!)
Hmmm, now this should be such an easy question but I am seriously struggling . . . cannot think of anyone I’d actually like to spend a significant amount of time with . . . oh yeah, no wait, it’s coming to me now, Jonny Wilkinson, Lewsis Moody and to be honest pretty much any half decfent rugby player, I have a big soft spot for them and their sense of humour. Oh yeah and Mr Darcy, ala Jane Austen and maybe a bit of Hugh Grant . . that’s just all of the top of my head! lol xx
OK. On Tuesday I’ll have Matt Damon too … after you’ve finished with him … oh, hang on, he’ll need a bit-of-a-rest so he could pop on over on Wednesday.
Thinks Johnny D’d have to be in there somewhere but on a day when I have loads of energy. *mops brow*
I’ll save Wesley Snipes for Saturdays then he could stay over. He has a way of doing that Man-Pours-Juice-for-breakie thing which makes me go weak. I mean. Weak.
And then there’s Russel Crowe. Not sure which day of the week is good enough for him.
Erm. When I’m 50 I think I’d like Morgan Freeman please. But he has to stay the same age as is was 10 years ago.
… stuck now. will sleep on it.

Simon Baker….anyday of the week.
Thanks for the tag, Lisa. Fantasy wives is a toughie. First thoughts are someone gorgeous, intelligent, social media-savvy, a blogger… wait! Oh you’re already married. Curses. Back to the drawing board…
I thought Colin Farrell was mine. Hmm… he’s in demand, clearly!
